This is an updated version of the WebcamXP Component for Joomla 1.0.x and Mambo 4.5.x.  See more details here.  This download also includes a mambot and module that you can use to  display streaming video to all your fans either on the side of your site, within an article - or as a full blown component with support for text messaging as well as video.
